All jewelry comes in kraft gift boxes. The wish bracelets come on cards and are packaged in clear cellophane sleeves, ready to give as a gift or keep for yourself.

Wholesale is available on wish bracelets. We do have a minimum quantity order for each item. Just message us for details.

First Class 2-14 days (no insurance and no tracking)
Trackable First Class 2-14 days (no insurance; with tracking number)
Priority 2-3 days (up to $50 insurance; with tracking number)
Priority Expedited 1-2 days (up to $50 insurance; with tracking number)


Lost or Stolen Packages:
Leo&Lovey is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been delivered and noted by the post office. Once a trackable package is determined delivered by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for replacing lost items. If you choose priority mail, you can make an insurance claim with the postal service.

Undelivered Packages:
USA - a package is considered lost 25 days after ship date. International 8 weeks

All Jewelry (except wish bracelets) should be kept away from water and other harsh elements. They should also not be slept in.

Wish Bracelets stay tied on and will weather all elements as they are supposed to eventually wear off.

Hair Ties should be kept away from water.

Your item may be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. You are responsible for return shipping.
Customized Lockets (photos added) and not returnable
Men's beaded bracelets are not returnable and have a $10 resizing fee if the wrong size is ordered
Custom wish bracelet cards are not returnable
